Thank you Steve for pursuing bids and coordinating the crack filling and resealing of our roads! Thanks also to Carl for working with the crew in Steve's absence yesterday and last but not least, thanks to all the residents who were inconvenienced this week as they were unable to drive on the new sealed roads for 24 hours.  The roads look great! 

Many thanks to the residents who resurrected the original Raven Ridge sign (at no cost to the HOA): they cleared the hill, designed, purchased, and installed this new sign!!  We love it!

Bill and Bridget from Richmond, Texas (southwest of Houston) have purchased the Ramer cabin.  Please welcome them to the "Ridge." They are an amazing contribution to our community and dear friends of Greg and Stephanie Hoogerwerf.

Welcome to our new website! We created this site as a place to keep our homeowners up to date on things happening here at Raven Ridge Homeowner Association. Here our members can be notified of special events, download our Governing Documents, and review Minutes of Member & Board meetings.
