The Public Hearing is
June 6th, 6:30pm @ Town Hall Get to know our new zoning & land development regulations for Maggie Valley! The plan is called the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) and it will include a new Zoning Map for Maggie Valley. A Public Hearing to adopt the plan is scheduled for June 6th, 6:30pm.
