If you manage your rentals online you can submit this form one-time by providing us with your rental calendar(s) 'iCal' (export) links.
If you manage your rentals offline, you can use the 'Other Comments' field below to submit the start / end dates for all your known rentals. If you add or cancel rentals simply resubmit the form reflect any changes.

About our Rental Policy Rule

The following Rental Policy Rule was adopted by the Board of Directors at our 11/19/22 board meeting. It is effective as of this date and compliance is required by all homeowners who rent their properties. Board approval is not necessary for you to rent your property but owners are required to submit the Rental Registration Form before renting their property. Homeowners currently renting their properties are also required to submit this form now. Not submitting the form is an enforceable violation of our Rules & Regulations.

4.01 Rental Policy Rule - This Rental Policy Rule ensures compliance with the 90-day rental limit as stated in our Covenants (Article: 4.08). "Owners may lease their Dwelling for residential purposes only, and for a period of time not greater than ninety (90) consecutive days, to the same lessee and/or their occupants, within any 12-month period beginning with the first day of lease."

Submit the 'Rental Registration Form' to the Board of Directors. The form can be completed online or downloaded from our website or hard copies can be obtained from the Secretary.
By providing this form you...

Confirm that your rentals will comply with, and not exceed, the 90-day rental limit as stated in Article 4.08 of our Covenants
Accept full responsibility & liability for your renters' actions and ensure their compliance with all HOA governing documents
Provide the Board with, either online or hard copy, your Rental Calendar / Agreement(s) stating the terms and start / end dates of your rentals, and
Confirm your understanding that prior to renting your property, submission of the Rental Registration Form is an enforceable requirement of our Covenants and non-compliance with any provision of this rule is a violation subject to a $100 per day fine and suspension of voting privileges until the violation has been corrected.
