About our Rental Policy Rule
The following Rental Policy Rule was adopted by the Board of Directors at our 11/19/22 board meeting. It is effective as of this date and compliance is required by all homeowners who rent their properties. Board approval is not necessary for you to rent your property but owners are required to submit the Rental Registration Form before renting their property. Homeowners currently renting their properties are also required to submit this form now. Not submitting the form is an enforceable violation of our Rules & Regulations.
4.01 Rental Policy Rule - This Rental Policy Rule ensures compliance with the 90-day rental limit as stated in our Covenants (Article: 4.08). "Owners may lease their Dwelling for residential purposes only, and for a period of time not greater than ninety (90) consecutive days, to the same lessee and/or their occupants, within any 12-month period beginning with the first day of lease."
