Reporting Concerns / Complaints / Violations – The quickest way to report concerns to our Board of Directors is by submitting this Complaint Form from our website. It immediately notifies all Board Members of your issue. For most requests, someone from the Board will try to respond to you within 48 hours. If your concern requires immediate attention, be sure to indicate that in the message of your submission and someone will attempt to respond as soon as possible.
