Dear Raven Ridge Homeowner,Our Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions requires prior approval of any and all exterior changes to your property. Plans and specification in detail showing the nature, kind, shape, height, materials and location must be submitted to the Board of Directors in writing and must be approved by the Board in writing as to the harmony of the external design and location in relation to surrounding structures and topography. This is in Article VII of our Covenants. These decisions affect the value of the properties in our community.
Simply stated, any exterior change we propose to make to our property requires a written request and a written approval from the Board of Directors. The process from submission to approval is not to exceed 30 days from the date that the Board has received all the information needed to make a decisions.
