"Harmony of Exterior Design" - What does that mean?
Preserving a harmonious look to the appearance of our neighborhood enhances overall appeal and protects our property values. To that end, our governing documents define exterior color options and maintenance requirements of our homes. This slideshow shows how our current color schemes are used.
At our next Annual Meeting we need to vote on an amendment to our 'Community Standards' document to, at a minimum, better define the allowable 'Trim Color' options we currently have available to us. Also if our members want to consider additional color schemes this is the time to do it.
Current "Community Standards"...
The 'Community Standards' document (below) is part of our Covenants and defines the allowable color choices we have available to us. When a homeowner wants to paint their house, or make other exterior changes, they must submit an 'ARC Request Form' for approval before doing anything. The ARC Committee then reviews and approves that request in context with compliance to the these 'Community Standards'.
